Having a good range of vocabulary is very important for good spoken communication. Learning new vocabulary is a great way to improve your all round English language skill. Check out these series for help developing your vocabulary:
There are many functional phrases which you learn for different situation. These are set phrases that are used to express a certain function, such as: introducing yourself, agreeing and disagreeing and so on.
The grammar of these phrases is not so important, so you can easily learn them even if you don't understand how they are made grammatically.
