Tim's homework

On Day 4, Tim dictated 5 sentences and then asked you to put them in order. The correct order of the sentences is:

  • d) Victor uses chemistry, alchemy and electricity.
  • c) The monster learns how to read and use language.
  • b) Victor begins building a female monster.
  • a) Victor discovers his bride has been murdered!
  • e) The monster cries.

And for a bonus point, the question was "Who dies?" There are two answers: both Victor and the monster died. Did you get that right? Well done if you did!

Listening task

For Tim's final challenge, try listening to the same programme twice – but with two different tasks. The first one is just to get the general understanding of the video. Then listen again for more detail. Listening to the same recording twice, with two different tasks, can help you to understand it better.

1. What is the general subject of the video?

2. What is the name of the theatre mentioned in the video?
