The Duke and Duchess of Sussex – better known as Harry and Meghan – have announced the birth of their second child. They’ve named her ‘Lilibet’, which was the Queen’s nickname when she was a child.

The baby’s middle name is ‘Diana’, which was the name of Harry’s mother.

The story

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have announced the birth of their second child. The girl was born on Friday in Santa Barbara, California.

She’s been named Lilibet Diana after the Queen and Princess Diana, but will be known as ‘Lili’.
