How to fry eggs
Add a little oil to a frying pan and crack in the egg, or for a rounder shape, crack the egg into a bowl and slide the egg into the hot oil.
Cook the egg until it is done to your liking. Two to three minutes will produce a set, firm white and partially runny yolk. Cook for a little longer for a soft yolk and for eggs "over easy", flip the egg after three minutes to cook the yolk a little more.
