  • 300g/10½oz dried pasta shapes, such as penne or fusilli
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil, plus extra for greasing
  • 4 rashers smoked streaky bacon, thickly sliced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 500g/1lb 2oz jar tomato and basil pasta sauce
  • 150ml/5fl oz double cream
  • 350g–500g/12oz–1lb 2oz leftover cooked turkey, cut into small chunks
  • 75g/2½oz mature Cheddar cheese, coarsely grated
