Perk up pre-bought smoked chicken breasts with avocado and spring onions in this simple sandwich.
Cut four slices from the bread and spread with butter.
Spread mayonnaise across two of the slices and top with the chicken breast, spring onion, avocado and salad.
Top the chicken and salad with the other slices of bread and serve.
