In a pestle and mortar, grind the spices.
Heat the oil in a pan and cook out the spices for 1-2 minutes.
Add the tomatoes, beans, chilli, sugar, lemon juice and a splash of water and simmer gently for 5-8 minutes.
Pour into a bowl and top with yoghurt, coriander and avocado.
