Honey and sesame beef skewers with balsamic glazed chicory

For the beef skewers, place the steak in a small bowl, drizzle with the olive oil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Thread the beef strips onto the skewers.
Heat a non-stick frying pan and fry the beef strips for two minutes.
Drizzle the honey and sprinkle the sesame seeds over the skewers and fry for a further two minutes until glazed and cooked through.
For the glazed chicory, heat a frying pan until hot. Drizzle the chicory halves with the olive oil and place, cut-side down, in the frying pan for two minutes on each side.
Add the balsamic vinegar to the pan and cook for a further two minutes on each side, or until wilting.
To serve, place the chicory alongside the beef skewers on a serving plate and garnish with the chervil.
