Bring a large pan of water to the boil. Add the broccoli and par-boil for two to three minutes and drain.
Heat a grill pan and chargrill the broccoli until nicely coloured.
To make the dressing, mix together the honey, soy sauce and water chestnuts.
Serve the broccoli warm, drizzled with the dressing.
