Griddle the pork chop in a hot griddle pan for 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove from the pan and leave to rest for five minutes.
Meanwhile, mix together the apple, cheese, raisins and parsley leaves.
Cut the pork into slices and mix with the apple and cheese mixture.
Dress with the vinegar, olive oil and sesame seeds and serve.
