Method

  1. Mix the flour, salt and cayenne pepper in a bowl. Dredge the prawns in the flour mixture to coat.

  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Fry the prawns for 4-5 minutes, or until they have turned pink.

  3. To serve, sprinkle the herbs onto a serving plate and place the prawns on top of them. Garnish with the lime halves.
