Egg fried ham and stuffed mushrooms
Make a batter by beating the egg with the flour. Add a little milk if it is too thick.
Dip the ham in the batter.
Pan-fry the ham in the oil for one to two minutes either side until crisp.
Remove the stems from the mushrooms.
Stuff the mushrooms with the parmesan and drizzle with honey.
Bake in a hot oven for five to six minutes.
Season and serve the mushroom and ham on a bed of rocket.
