Make these simple, healthy snacks to take to the office, or for your kids to take to school. They are ready in seconds.
Cut the cucumber into four pieces.
Mix the apple, carrot and beetroot together in a mixing bowl. Stir in the cream cheese until well combined.
Fill each piece of cucumber with a little of the cream cheese mixture.
Sprinkle each filled piece of cucumber with raisins. Wrap separately in cling film and chill in the fridge until needed.
