Cinnamon French toast with honey, cream and orange
Whisk the egg, milk, sugar and cinnamon together in a bowl until well combined, then soak the bread slices in the mixture.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the bread slices and fry for 1-2 minutes on both sides, or until golden-brown all over.
To serve, arrange the orange slices on a serving plate, place the toast on top and dust with icing sugar. Drizzle over the honey and cream.
