Chicken teriyaki with broccoli salad
Cut the chicken into chunks.
Mix together the soy sauce, orange and honey. Use half to marinate the chicken and reserve the other half for the dressing.
Heat a griddle pan and griddle the chicken for 4-5 minutes, or until cooked through.
Bring a saucepan of salted water to the boil. Add the broccoli and cook for thee to four minutes or until tender, then drain.
Serve the broccoli dressed in the remaining sauce, topped with the chicken.
