Cheese baked with thyme

Ingredients
- 1 cheese in a box (such as Pont l'Évêque)
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- ½ tbsp olive oil
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- ½ red romero pepper, seeds removed and chopped
- rustic white bread, broken up, to serve
Method
Preheat the oven to 220C/425F/Gas 7.
Place the cheese in a box on a baking sheet and sprinkle with the thyme leaves.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Place in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until just beginning to melt.
Remove from the oven and serve on a plate with the chopped pepper pieces and rustic bread pieces beside.
