Heat the butter and sugar together in a small frying pan until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the sliced oranges and cook for 2-3 minutes, until they are coated and caramelised.
Add the brandy and carefully allow to flame.
When the flames have died out, remove from the heat and arrange the orange slices around a shallow serving dish.
Pour the sauce from the frying pan over the oranges.
Sprinkle over the crushed biscuits, grated chocolate and garnish with a sprig of mint.
To serve, drizzle over some double cream.
