Take the rye bread and place it on a plate.
Slice tomato, place it on the rye bread.
Take the ham and place it on top of the tomato.
Pre-heat pan with the oil - make sure pan is not too hot, break eggs into frying pan and fry until cooked.
Remove eggs, place on top of ham and serve with the gherkin.
