Blue cheese Welsh rarebit
Preheat the grill to medium.
Place the egg yolk, cheese, cream, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and freshly ground black pepper into a mini food processor and blend until well combined. Top the griddled bread with the egg and cheese mixture and place onto a baking sheet. Grill for 3-4 minutes, or until golden-brown and bubbling on top.
Transfer to a serving plate and serve immediately.
