Blueberry galette with chocolate peanut ice cream
These galettes are great for entertaining - serve with ready-made vanilla ice cream if you don’t want to make your own.

For the instant chocolate ice cream
- 300ml/10½fl oz full-fat milk
- 200ml/7fl oz double cream
- 75g/2½oz caster sugar
- 6 free-range egg yolks
- 3 chocolate and peanut bars, chopped
