Non-alcoholic Bloody Mary


Make a jug of spiky, savoury non-alcoholic Bloody Mary for a weekend brunch that won't make you feel fuzzy.


  • 1 litre/1¾ pint tomato juice
  • 1 bunch celery leaves (washed and picked from ½ a bunch of celery)
  • dash Tabasco sauce (to taste)
  • dash creamed horseradish
  • dash HP sauce (to taste)
  • 2 limes, juice only
  • crushed ice (optional)


  1. Put everything in a big jug and mix

  2. Add a handful of crushed ice if you like but Ben has his without!
