Baked sea bream with garlic prawns


A light dish that is easy to prepare for a speedy supper.


For the herb oil

  • 150ml/5fl oz olive oil
  • 2–3 rosemary sprigs, roughly chopped
  • 2–3 thyme sprigs, roughly chopped
  • 2–3 sage sprigs, roughly chopped
  • 2–3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced

  • 3 tbsp very finely chopped parsley leaves
