Shakya and Dulcie Manage

Shakya Manage was born in Colombo and moved to the UK with her family more than 25 years ago. When she left home to go to university, she missed Sri Lankan food and started to get the recipes she’d grown up eating from her mum Dulcie, who is a fantastic cook. Shakya is determined to share these delicious flavours and has started a blog called Sri Lankan Supperclub to spread the word and keep the recipes alive for herself and her sister Mithila.
