A highly respected and experienced nutritionist, food writer and broadcaster, Fiona is known for her honest, practical and evidence-based approach to nutrition. Her primary goal is to provide unbiased opinions on nutrition to help consumers translate complicated and confusing messages into meals that they, and their families, can enjoy.
Fiona has a BSc (Hons) Nutrition and a postgraduate diploma in Dietetics. She began her career working as a Dietitian for the NHS.
For the last 17 years, Fiona has worked as an Independent Nutrition Consultant, writer and broadcaster. She works with a variety of food manufacturers, retailers and public relations agencies and her opinions and work have appeared in many publications, including national newspapers and magazines as well as on TV and radio.
She is a member of the British Dietetic Association and The Guild of Food Writers.
