Join Modern Poetry in Translation for the launch of their Maghreb focus, The Illuminated Paths, featuring some of the most exciting emerging poets from across North Africa.

Introduced by editor Clare Pollard, this event will feature readings from Adil Latefi and Nassima Raoui (Morocco), and Fadhila Bechar (Algeria), and the UK poet-translators Victoria Adukwei Bulley, Stewart Sanderson and Adham Smart, as well as a chance to discuss some of the themes of the issue.

This event is a celebration of the exhilarating translations that emerged from the British Council's recent Majaaz project in Tunisia.
