    They’ve already got the Christmas decorations up!

    “No burpees please,” Frankie pleads, and she’s in awe of Joe’s 24 Hour PE Challenge. “I feel like this one of those things you agree to and when you actually come to it… wow.”

    If Joe is feeling daunted by the challenge, he's not showing it. And his morning just got even better – he’s been delivered a plate of crumpets, and Frank Lampard sent over a lovely video message. Joe’s a Chelsea fan, so his day has officially been made.
