Classroom Ideas

This clip is useful as a discussion tool for an introduction to Mexico City. Children could answer questions such as "How would you feel in this busy place?" and "What jobs did people have?" The children could create Mexico scrapbooks like Barnaby Bear; locating Mexico and Mexico City on a map, drawing and colouring the flag and learning some basic Spanish greetings and words. It could lead to a discussion about what they would like to find out about Mexico City.
