A New Beginning for... Susan!
One of the Doctor's first companions, Susan (above, left), left him in The Dalek Invasion of Earth, pictured here. It was the first time we saw one of the TARDIS 'crew' depart and we shared the Doctor's sadness as he bid her farewell. Susan's new beginning involved a fresh start with David Campbell and the task of rebuilding a shattered Earth.
