Christmas is a time of peace, joy and fighting for the remote control but there are some programmes that definitely can be filed under 'must see'!

On Christmas Day at 6pm The End of Time, Part One begins on BBC One. It's the beginning of the end for the Tenth Doctor in a truly stunning adventure that sees him pitted against the Master and reunited with his old friend, Wilfred Mott.

The End of Time, Part Two is a 75 minute special that begins on New Year's Day at 6.40pm on BBC One. It's already been called one of the most anticipated stories ever and should guarantee that 2010 gets off to an incredible start!

And if you missed The Wedding of Sarah Jane from The Sarah Jane Adventures, both episodes are being shown as a single 55-minute special on Christmas Day from 11.15am. It's a fantastic story which features David Tennant as the Doctor and represents the perfect way to get in the mood for The End of Time, Part One.

All this, plus a repeat of Dreamland on Christmas Eve from 9.30am on BBC One. So much Doctor Who, in fact, that you'll barely have time to open your presents! Perfect!
