The Web of Fear - Episode Three

When Victoria tells him how they arrived in Covent Garden, Chorley is hopeful about the opportunity the TARDIS presents for escape. On hearing of the tunnel's imminent destruction he flees, locking Victoria and the newly arrived Doctor in the room.
