Power of the Daleks - Episode Three

The Doctor is gleeful. The only way Bragen could know that the murdered man is the real Examiner is if Bragen had killed him in the first place. Caught out, Bragen leaves, warning the Doctor to leave Lesterson and the Daleks alone.
