The Evil of the Daleks - Episode Seven

Victoria turns her face away and starts to sob. The Doctor reassures Jamie that they won't be leaving her behind. As Jamie tells Victoria that she'll be coming with them, the Doctor looks down at the ruins of the Dalek city. As he reflects on the fact that his fight against the Daleks is finally over, he tells himself that this is the end – the final end.
