The Maker Sunshine Festival takes place in the grounds of an historic military site above the villages of Cawsand and Kingsand. The best in local bands will be appearing at the festival weekend which begins on Thursday 27 July 2006 and runs through until Sunday 30 July.

The festival supports the vibrant music scene that connects Cornwall with Devon. This year there are over 70 bands confirmed. The popular Noel Prior Band, Barnaby Ray Quartet, Hitchcock Rules and Chunky Kustard are among the line up for the four days of entertainment. Tickets are selling fast for the festival which is held above the beautiful villages of Cawsand and Kingsand near Torpoint.
