World War Two for 7-11 year olds

BBC Teach is commissioning a series of short films about World War Two for teachers to use with pupils aged 7-11. This commission will be in close collaboration with the Imperial War Museum’s We Were There campaign for schools.

Deliverables includes 10 four minute films for students and one four minute teacher support film, detailed teacher notes and eight short clips for use on social media.

The budget for this commission is dependent on the idea and editorial ambition.

The deadline for submissions is 20 May 2019.

Digital literacy and managing online information for 11-16 year-olds

BBC Teach is seeking to commission a series of short films for teachers to use in secondary schools around the theme of digital literacy, managing online information and acting respectfully, responsibly and securely when using digital technology.

Deliverables include 10 four minute films for teachers leading pupils aged 11-16, one four minute teacher support film for teachers, detailed teacher notes and eight short clips for use on social media.

The budget for this commission is dependent on the idea and editorial ambition.

The deadline for submissions is 20 May 2019.
