Just for fun?
Make a Let's Go Club wristband together. Cut it out using our template and decorate it using any crafty bits that you have around about the house. Your child might be even be able to swap their finished wristband for a Blue Peter badge.
2. Soap boat racers
Fill a tray with water and cut some simple boat shapes out of cardboard. Dab a bit of washing up liquid behind the boats and watch them go! You could hold some family races, or even get your little one to race with their friends.
3. Two page animation
This really easy two page animation is a great way for your child to make their own little film! Talk through how you could make two slightly different pictures, or encourage older ones to develop the story to make a longer film.
4. Dancing ghosts
Looking for something spooky? Help your child cut out these paper ghosts, then use a balloon to make them dance. This is a great way to introduce your child to the wonders of static electricity!
5. Rubber glove bagpipes
