You sound like you need to talk to someone about what you’re going through at the moment. You could speak to a family member, a friend or a teacher.
If there is no one you feel you can speak to, it may help to phone Childline on 0800 1111. It’s free from any phone and you can even call from a mobile with no credit. Or, you could call the Samaritans helpline on 08457 90 90 90 (not free) or email jo@samaritans.org.uk
There are more helpline numbers here: www.bbc.co.uk/cbbc/articles/advice-helplines
Try to talk to someone as soon as possible. It might surprise you how much better it feels when you share a problem. We hope this advice helps.
