How to make home-made tortilla chips
FUN FACT: Tortillas (the thin circles that you make wraps out of) have been popular in Mexico for centuries, but tortilla chips were actually invented in Los Angeles, USA in the 1940s, when a woman called Rebecca Carranza had some misshapen tortillas and decided she didn't want to waste them. She cut them into triangles, fried them and served them at a party for her friends. Her guests loved them, and the rest is history!
