Strictly Christmas line-up announced

It's time to deck the halls with Glitter Balls, here's our tinsel-tastic line-up for the 2017 Strictly Come Dancing Christmas Special.

This Christmas Day, as well as mince-pies, turkey and all the trimmings, we'll see six of the most-loved Strictly stars return to the ballroom, for a Christmas extravaganza. It's time to prepare the advent calendar, for the ultimate countdown of the year. But who will be switching their tinsel for tassles, and who will be swapping their presents for paddles? Find out below...

Newscaster and TV presenter Katie Derham came in fourth place, dancing with Anton, in 2015. Will her new partner Brendan help her to shimmy her way up the leaderboard this time?

Tennis coach, Judy Murray partnered Anton Du Beke in 2014, and said goodbye to the Strictly Ballroom in Week Eight. Let's hope that festive cheer on the Dancefloor brings her more good fortune this time around with partner Neil Jones.

Joint runner-up in 2012, singer and performer Kimberley Walsh will be dancing for us again this Christmas. Bringing her magic back with partner Pasha. Will she crank it up a notch ready for the Christmas special?

2005 saw Olympic Hurdler, Colin Jackson took second place in the final, behind winner Darren Gough. We wonder if there will be Tidings Of Joy for Colin in the Ballroom this winter with Amy Dowden.

Footballer, Robbie Savage, left the competition in Week Ten, back in 2011. This time, he'll be dancing with Dianne Buswell and will have his eyes firmly fixed on the Silver Star of the Ballroom...

Broadcaster and journalist Jeremy Vine made it to Week Eight, alongside Katie Derham in 2015. What festive surprises has Karen Clifton got in store for him this time around?

The Judges will be on hand to score each couple and spread some cheerful joy, yet it will be down to the studio audience to vote on which dancing duo will win the Strictly Come Dancing Christmas Special 2017 and lift the coveted Silver Star trophy!
