After six years as a BBC Sport journalist, I'm now a senior content producer, helping to run and evolve many of the interactive things we do. This means overseeing established areas like our blogs, 606, votes and BBC Sport feedback.

But it also means trying out new things with cutting edge websites like Facebook, Flickr and YouTube.

I'm well aware that our office is not the sole domain for bright ideas though. So your thoughts, comments and questions are always welcome.

A born and bred Londoner, my sporting allegiances obviously lie in Liverpool (FC), New York (Yankees) and Louisiana (Tigers) and I'm a big boxing fan.

Top Olympics memories? Daley Thompson's heroics in 1984 (lovingly recreated for years afterwards on his computer game, which paved the way for our Denise Lewis homage), Coe v Ovett, Michael Johnson's golden shoes and, of course, Steve Regdrave winning his 555th gold medal in Sydney.
