Finally – Daft Punk are back!

Well, sort of if you jump in a time machine and go back 17-years, because a previously unreleased track called Drive has been unearthed by Soma Records who put out groundbreaking Da Funk and will feature on their 20th anniversary compilation. For more details on the Daft Punk track head over to Exclaim and go to Soma’s Soundcloud to hear clips from some of the other tracks which made the album.

After his wife’s barnstorming headline closing set, Jay-Z’s website – Life and Times – have an at home with the Eavis’ interview. They talk about the evolution of Glastonbury, modern music and much more.

Mike Skinner has proven there is life in the old dog after The Streets even before The Streets have come to an end. The front man has penned ten original tracks for The Inbetweeners’ movie soundtrack – Pop Dash have more information.

Fact Mag are getting very excited about a new audio-visual project undertaken by Jamie xx and Quayola which will be debuted in London on August 11.
