Elsewhere, Gang Gang Dance have put their new album, Eye Contact, up for streaming online. The Brooklyners will release it on May 9 in the UK, and it can be found on I Heart AU amongst many other blogs.
Despite being a French label, Kitsune have helped break and launch the careers of a number of UK artists including Two Door Cinema Club, La Roux, Bloc Party, Foals and Delphic. They are back with a new compilation and a mini-mix featuring all the tracks which this time around has Gallops and Is Tropical called Indie Dance. Details up on Clash.
Basement Jaxx have returned, and in the form of soundtrack composers. Having completed the score for Joe Cornish's (of Adam and Joe) debut film, Attack the Block, everyone is checking out the preview on their Soundcloud.
Noel Gallagher announced via his official Twitter that his eagerly awaited single will be released on 22nd August with the album coming out the following month on the 12th.
American sessions site, Daytrotter, have had the Vaccines in their studio. They played four tracks including Post Break Up Sex and Norgaard with all of them available to download for free.
