It looks bonkers on/in paper/emails, but I'll wager you'll agree there isn't much to lose by trying your hand at it:
Tinnitus you say..? Help is at hand!
Be warned, the condition might actually seem worse after a few runs; but don't be alarmed, that will soon pass. You'll need to do the exercise diligently for some weeks before a big improvement arrives; but if your physiology is anything like mine, after a while you'll only need to top up with the odd session to keep the dreadful cacophony at bay. NB Avoid performing in public areas unless in very broad-minded company.
The show is always a joy, and the illuminating, civilised chats with luminaries well-known and not so known are consistent broadcasting highlights as far as I'm concerned. For instance, who woulda surmised Salman Rushdie was a champion for (the better breed of) video games? Comically amazing! And it was a delight to hear Brian Eno congenially opening the door into his considerable brain-box. Wouldn't it be a coup if he could be coaxed into becoming a comrade and doing a slot on 6 of his own..?
