Style: Infectious indie pop.

Essential: Sarpa Salpa are a 4-piece indie pop band from Northampton who have been supported by Introducing in Northampton since 2017. The band is made up of George, Marcus, Charlie and Ethan who are influenced by Tame Impala, Arctic Monkeys and Everything Everything. The band performed for Introducing at The Big Feastival last year as well as at Tobacco Dock for BBC Music Introducing Live.

BBC 1Xtra: Mom Tudie - Isn't Right

Mom Tudie is on 1Xtra's playlist! Tune in to Twin, Mim, Yas, Nick and Dotty to hear 'Isn't Right' being played all week.

Supported by: The crew at BBC Music Introducing in London.

Style: Nu Jazz.

Essential: Mom Tudie is a 23 year old producer/writer from South East London. He is influenced by the likes of Bonobo, Submotion Orchestra, James Blake, Sampha and Katy B. 'Isn't Right' is a jazzy bop which features Kwaku Asante on vocals and is taken from the "High Ceilings" EP. Jamz Supernova had him on her show recently for a mix and it sounded great!
