An excellent, informative article. I'm very glad it's been published; it's an enjoyable read. It's good to see the work of Ed Williams being acknowledged. I knew him fairly well and greatly admired all that he had done: his stories were fabulous. The composer Martin Kiszco also made a significant contribution to the Life on Earth scores when he worked as Ed's assistant. Ed always said that he wasn't good at mixing the recordings of his own music and it was Martin who made the mixes we hear. I think he may have also conducted the orchestral sessions.
