Thanks for this BHTeam...this is the one I hadn't managed to catch on the tv. Annie trapped in a subway poor lamb. Yes it's her teabags she drops. asuming you're putting up george's and Mitchell's over next few days...you are stars!

  • Comment number 5.

    Thanks. I should've realized. :P

  • Comment number 6.

Dang it! Stuck in US, can't view this. Hope someone will take pity and upload. Please. :)

  • Comment number 7.

Brilliant...haven't seen this one yet...seen one of them on TV so far but not the Mitchell or Annie one...thanks you BH prod team again!

  • Comment number 8.

so is George going to be eating chips?

  • Comment number 9.

    Another one??..thanks TEAM

I'm with lucy(3)..what is it that they are all so scared of? In S1 even against Herrick, Annie said he can't hurt me...don't think I'm gonna like this.

  • Comment number 10.

it could be that there are humans and Humans according to SFX George will end up in a cage and in sneak peek Mitchel ends up tied to a chair. this means just that they know of the weaknesses of the pair all in all who knows and thats the fun.

  • Comment number 11.

Hi ewan:::yep, I see what you are saying...I think that THEY?? see the weaknesses of a vamp, a ghost and a werewolf but don't (hopefully) see that our three still remember what it is like to be Human and remember the power that gives them......did that make any sense at all?

  • Comment number 12.

    I think so
"Humanity is about love and sacrifice"?
is that to which you do allude
    I think

  • Comment number 13.

    Wooooo.....scary :P

So Mitchell's weakness is chairs? Lol I'll keep note of that ;)

On a more serious note; I'm terrified they're going to kill off Mitchell. I WILL CRY if they do!!!!

  • Comment number 14.

Oh those still trying to work out the Lack of Nina in the Adverts we don't know if she's a werewolf yet.

  • Comment number 15.

It is indeed to which I allude....love and sacrifice...the strongest powers of all.....and baddies will never 'get it'

  • Comment number 16.

    Wow VF & Ewan.....getting a bit deep aren't we?
Think you're probably not far off the mark though! Well done lol

  • Comment number 17.

no they don't shame they have to stick with rage and lust

  • Comment number 18.

deep my ankles aren't even wet

  • Comment number 19.

ATfan (13)::::calm yourself girl....they are never going to kill M off....dry your tears...it's not going to happen......OMG now you've started me worrying....nah, not having it...snot gonna happen

  • Comment number 20.

Lol......well its well and truly over my head!
I understand your posts but I'd never in a million years be able to to think of stuff like this myself....I'm more like mmmmmm.....Mitchell...... when I'm watching and don't notice all the little details! Lol but good on you two :)

  • Comment number 21.

you probably failed to note the checked shirts in Georges prequel are the same colors as American werewolf in London then oh well it only took me three weeks to figure out
not obsessive at all am I?

  • Comment number 22.

BH PROD - Are you listening?
If you kill Mitchell off, heads will roll. Ok?

    Lol, I'm scared :S
    Hopefully they wont though....

  • Comment number 23.

ATfan (20)...Lol....I am cool, sophisticated and very, very off-hand about HIM and can give anyone a reasoned, well thought out discussion about BH anytime.........Now....if Santa Claus exists..you will believe that...your call. hehe.

  • Comment number 24.

Ewan - Oh my gosh. No I had no idea. To be perfectly honest I wasn't really looking at George much...

  • Comment number 25.

    VF - Lol.....pffft! Don't kid yourself ;)
You know your a crazed AT fan at heart.....just like me :P

  • Comment number 26.

well I like werewolves thats just me some seem to think Vampires are better so no judging

  • Comment number 27.

If Aidan played a werewolf I'd think they were better......

No, in all seriousness, I prefer vamps because they seem that little bit more "human", because they live for so long and have to fight so hard to be accepted as normal human beings, but are always baying for the humans blood, whereas werewolves seem to have ( a very very slightly) easier time. But thats just my opinion, everyone to there own....

  • Comment number 28.

not its more the passion that werewolves can feel theres less of the blood lust but the mating for life the pain of separation and the change
If you want this to continue say or save me half a page.

  • Comment number 29.

Being up all night with chronic food poisoning has some advantages- I got to see the new BH trailer on the tv a couple of times. It is amazing! It was played right next to the Dr Who trailer and it fitted in perfectly, just grabbed your attention. *applauds the creative team*

  • Comment number 30.

Don't mind really. Its all just opinions, we're all entitled to one lol

  • Comment number 31.

Super - they know thier target audience don't they! lol

  • Comment number 32.

good now what I really think of Vampires is

  • Comment number 33.

Lol.....what I really think of werewolves is.....
Hmmmm dunno really. Don't want to be killed by eagle for being rude about werewolves !

  • Comment number 34.

well we shall sew up our opinions of the others choice and see what the new season and pooh bear piglet et all

  • Comment number 35.

ATfan1: lol..a woman after my own heart...AT as a werewolf would make me supremely sensitive to the needs of werewolves...but I still prefer vamps somehow...it's like he said...you "don't have days off" so they have a full-on job of wanting to feed and kill whereas with werewolves its just a few hours a night, one night in 28...but the thing that would sway me is that I'd prefer being a vampire (if given the choice, and only if Mitchell did the biting) because you're never ill (unless you're staked).

Oh, a thought...when Mitchell was staked why did it he survive yet Lauren died? She was only staked for about 30 seconds and she'd popped off this mortal coil...mitchell's lying on the floor of their living room waiting for an ambulance, gets to the hospital, gets put through his paces...and lives....is there a reason for this in the story, like he lives for a reason?

  • Comment number 36.

look again at where he's staked the Que misses his heart and goes in at the wrong angle

  • Comment number 37.

    Anglo - Yes exactly!
He survived because we looooove Mitchell.....?
Because he showed some remorse maybe? I don't know....

  • Comment number 38.

And it would be a rubbish story if one of the main characters died before we knew them properly....

  • Comment number 39.

and Herrick failed biology still its only going to last so long think what if they left a splinter

    too easy

  • Comment number 40.

Sorry, I'm lowering the tone again :P

  • Comment number 41.

Nah....he survived cos people loved him...George, Annie, Josie..he is trying to be Human,so he gets rewarded for that.....God we are very deep here people....

  • Comment number 42.

Ewan: Right...I just thought that in the hospital afterwards, when they've put him in a bed he's telling Josie his body can't make sufficient blood, and that he was dying, but then she saves him (again) otherwise he would still have died....I thought it didn't matter where you were staked as long as it was in that general area. Also, true to BH vamp-lore, as soon as he was in hospital and out of immediate danger, he immediately started to recover...the doctors were amazed and couldn't find a reason for it...this was before Josie's sacrifice of her blood for him...it's almost like he was meant to live for some purpose or other.

  • Comment number 43.

theres nothing wrong with base its more appealing than falsetto

  • Comment number 44.

Are you really arguing about which is better, vamps or werewolves lol?
Reminds me of an argument between my 6 year old and his friend about Spiderman vs a power ranger.

Mitch wasn't staked correctly. Mitch couldn't really have missed Lauren's heart at point blank range. I refer you to the lack of ashy death of Seth... ;)

  • Comment number 45.

He was ment to live because BHProd know a large proportion of their audience are female & "interested" and by killing off this "interest" they'd be shooting themselves in the foot, no?

Anyway, he did live and thats all that matters! :D

  • Comment number 46.

he would have healed because he was a vampire he just wouldn't of healed in time and in the night they would come and finish him off Tah Dah

  • Comment number 47.

ATfan (45) You old cynic, you...but correct.

    Super(44) Spiderman, every time.

As for the whys and wherefores of it all...well I just trust in His Royal Tobyness. So far, the liitle chap seems to know what he is doing.

  • Comment number 48.

VF: That's me just being toooo deep...but it was a bit of a mystery that's all...just musing over the minutae of BH life!

Ewan: Pooh Bear and Piglet...I hope they don't start talking like that in BH2, it's a bit sickly...unless it's meant to prove that they love each other just like human couples do...still, baby talk doesn't do much for me...still think one of them is out to do Mitchell mischief...there was a remark made about those you think are bad aren't necessariliy so and those you think might be good, aren't particularly...so maybe someone who we think is bad, isn't, and vice versa...

ATfan: Hello there...back from the shopping and riding?

  • Comment number 49.

Lol, you know that when its boils down to it I'm right on that one :P

"His Royal Tobyness" - now theres a title! Thats what I'm going to call him from now on.....

  • Comment number 50.

what if the power ranger got into his big pastic looking robot and
    oh right spiderman

  • Comment number 51.

Pooh bear and piglet - sorry I don't get that, explain pretty please :)

Yeah am gonna head out to ride about 3.30 ish, so not long! But yeah shopping was ok - blimmin' packed! How are you?

  • Comment number 52.

well it could be worse think of all the other children's stories with the really sickly names
names I have forcibly blanked from my memories

  • Comment number 53.

Super: Not arguing, just musing and passing the time of day...you can tell it's my last day at work! Frankly, I couldn't care less which was which as long as AT is still in BH and remains alive..lol and Seth didn't vanish in a puff of smoke....but then the scene changed so if he had we'd not have seen it....hehe ;)

ATfan: Cynical but correct...and thank god for it :D we can still drool in peace..

VF: Love that name...His Royal Tobyness...like it!

  • Comment number 54.

Ivan and Daisy in the Prequel trail

  • Comment number 55.

Anglo - agreed with the anti-AT-death movement. I'd still watch BH but I'd be in permenant tears!

  • Comment number 56.

anglo (48)::'the minutiae of BH life'...now that's a phrase you don't expect two days before xmas!!!...unfortunately it takes a sad act to understand how important that is!!!!!Oh God, I need a life...then I look at THAT face and think... nah....I'm happy here.

  • Comment number 57.

Oh idea for end of season 2 final credits turn Owen Vampire to get at the gang

  • Comment number 58.

ATfan: Ivan and Daisy were a bit silly in one bit of their prequel and called each other pooh bear and piglet...

  • Comment number 59.

Spidey would so pwn red ranger.
George could beat Mitch if he killed Herrick.
And the pooh bear lines didn't land right. They were a tad off the mark but the rest of it was brilliant.
lol are we all musing out loud to pass the time then?

  • Comment number 60.

Ewan a few of us loved the idea of Owen becoming a vamp (me especially). A while back I really thought they'd introduce that this series. *still hoping*

  • Comment number 61.

ATfan, VF: Can you imagine the death scene of Mitchell?????? We'd be in floods, the BBC would be inundated with hysterical fans and twitter would collapse again probably permanently..

  • Comment number 62.

    (56) how about the phrase analysis of social commentary portrayed in BH

  • Comment number 63.

VF - I think we're all in the same boat here. You pretty much summed up all of my thoughts in one post!

Anglo - Oh I see. Yeah I remember that now....

  • Comment number 64.

time is there to be mused through

  • Comment number 65.

Anglo - what would we spend our evenings doing if he was killed off?
And yeah, we'd also break twitter, this blog ang all the forums etc....

And ewww - Owen as a vamp? Only if Mitchell gets to kill him.....

  • Comment number 66.

or Julie (pilot) coming back as a were just to mess with George

  • Comment number 67.

    opening to season 3
    OWEN: Guess who owwww

  • Comment number 68.

Owen would make a great vamp! But maybe my idea of vampires isn't about being good and considerate. You have to go one way or the other. Mitch dithers to the point of complete hypocrisy.

Would like to remind everyone that my opinions are always about the character not the actors. AT is lovely, fun and sweet to his fans. I can make the distinction between the two very easily.

  • Comment number 69.

there is nothing that can suck more than a good vamp without angst
I give you please I'm up on weres insert sucky vamps here

  • Comment number 70.

"there is nothing that can suck more than a good vamp" Ummm anglo...saw this and thought of you :P haha ;)

  • Comment number 71.

Super - I agree on the dithering issue. Maybe because he's got some remorse but can't escape his murderous vamp roots?

  • Comment number 72.

oooh more teasing. i think i know that underpass , used to work near it in easton, bristol. it's all teasing, nothing is being given away yet...

that is an interesting concept SUPER about owen becoming a vampire... do you envisage he would continue to be as abusive as his human self? in which case he could quite easily manipulate the other vamps to do as he wishes... and get a lot of women followers along the way.

  • Comment number 73.

Right, I'd better be off now. Be back later. Behave! Byeee x

  • Comment number 74.

ATfan: (65) They'd put a few BH prod guys out of a job, there'd be no-one to pander to lol...what would we do but watch endless vids of AT stuff and trawl TV stations to work out what he was going to be in next!

Super: Owen as a vampire...its possible because he'd make a great vamp but I still wouldn't like the character of Owen...there was nothing likeable about him really... and no, I didn't even find him sympathetic when he was in the cell with Kemp at the end of E6....Greg C is a fabulous actor though, he really is.

Mitchell is an addict...being an addict does your brain in...maybe that's why the writers/AT have made him so changeable lol...mostly he's pretty good person though, only rarely does he go to the dark side!

Ewan (64) It is in my job....hehe

  • Comment number 75.

Ooooh Owen as a vamp..well as ATfan says 'If Mitchell gets to kill him'....but what if we get to like him again?. Don't know about anyone else but it would throw my world into chaos...Unless he is evil then he should be on the other side.

  • Comment number 76.

remorse is good so long as its not over played too much I've been terrible will get on anyones nerves

note i did not use I've been bad for so many reasons

  • Comment number 77.

VF: Allyska (72) made a good point...if Owen was a vampire, he'd be truly bad i think...would love to get revenge on Annie and the gang and would gather all these women followers....and followers of Herrick who'd also wish our trio & Nina harm...I can't see him being that good unless he has some amazing turnaround of conscience..

How did the mince pie thing go V?

  • Comment number 78.

    (74) then what am i to do with time
engage in philosophical discussion about it's self?

  • Comment number 79.

BH is clever in how it merges real life character flaws, crazies with supernatural elements. So my version of a vampire would be bad and powerful. Owen would fit perfectly.
But BH it mixes it up so you are no longer deciding on the qualities of supernaturals but the traits of humans with addictions and emotional issues.

And how boring would it be if they were all good, law abiding citizens?

    Owen would so lead.

  • Comment number 80.

ANGLO he would only be bad if he could get the sense of power back, cos at the end of s1 ep6 he was a crumbling mess and all the power lay with annie.. however, if a vampire makes the connection between owen, annie and the others then he could be used as a tool to bring them down. they aren't going to get away with killing henrick lightly... there's definitely the sense of lots of running and being chased in this new episode. so owen could well become a tool for bringing down the 3. hmmm.... waits to be seen.

have a very merry christmas by the way anglo and hope you have a great time. all good here, we made a snowman, made a sleigh, had snowball fights and decorated the tree in the garden - have just temporarily confiscated the toy swords from the boys and sat them down to constructive play! x

  • Comment number 81.

Not caught up much but I thought the actual bit that looks like part of a scene was in episode 1 where they encounter ivan and daisy in the alley but then the general running away is kind of running away from themselves "time to face they're demons" well when you face your demons thats usually facing up to things you've done etc. Probably wrong like but thats what I assumed.

Thanks for this blog team hope we can expect Georges and Mitchells soon :-)

  • Comment number 82.

Mitchell's is on you but full rather than wide screen

  • Comment number 83.

Allyska: Right...I think the vampires know the link between all four or at least def 3 of them because of what happened at the undertakers when Mitchell was saying "when I'm gone, don't talk about me the way you do...I don't want to be remembered like that" when Herrick was talking about killing him...it won't take long for that story to get around the vampire world particularly after the part he did/didn't take in Herrick's death (he didn't actually kill him but allowed George to) and like you say, he won't get off lightly for that... and one of the tools could be Owen because of his mental state and his grudge against Annie and the others, but particularly her..

Are you not on blog/Twitter tonight Allyska? I'm on tomorrow morning a bit then off for a while...if I don't post to you after today, have a super Christmas yourself and enjoy the children, swords or no swords!

Eagle: Running away can mean two things, from your own self/selves and from the other vampires "I think we've lost them" (Annie)...the 7th is going to be so good..:D

  • Comment number 84.

Ooops work encroaching on fun! Must dash a while...back laters :)

  • Comment number 85.

ewan - yeah i know mitchells is on youtube i put it up there :-P

anglo - yeah I think that the full trailer - the bit where georges phone rings/annie says "i think we lost them" might be from episode 1 where they're encountering Ivan and Daisy in the alley but then kind of mixed with the metephorical running away from themselves etc

  • Comment number 86.

    my bad

  • Comment number 87.

I'm not convinced that Mitch would run from vamps he knows that weren't involved in the Herrick rubbish tbh.
Mitch seems scared of something he doesn't know.

Hi eagle! Are we ditching the hotel idea then? Got an offer from a mate (check my twitter) he's so sweet. But don't want to impose on him. So straight home afterwards?

  • Comment number 88.

Super (87)...could be that he is extremely wary/scared of Daisy or/ and Ivan...Paul Rhys does scary really well...and by the looks of the pair of them, they appear pretty much without conscience (as you would expect but worse)...they could have crossed swords with Mitchell in the past and in fact I think there was an article in which that was suggested (Mitchell was said to come into contact with "acquaintances" of his, Ivan and Daisy) so if they've met before, what occurred I wonder....bit more fun for us to have mulling over that one..

Eagle: (85) with you on that..

  • Comment number 89.

I'm in favor of the symbolic trailers hinting at the danger to come
and I&D will be a lesser or background danger to the series

  • Comment number 90.

Super will check twitter now...can you get on now?Sorry been a wierd few days

  • Comment number 91.

And just to add my two penny worth in....
I'm not sure the trailers) are from any episode....I kinda thought they were just 'setting things up' so to speak...probably wrong. Not sure that they are running from vampires or other supernaturals...mind you they did do some running when they got away with Lauren in eps 6 of last series so maybe a gang of vampires would make them scarper. The vampires that semed to frighten Mitchell were those that turned up in the hospital ( and looked green!) ...pretty scary and a good reason to run.
Also think like eagle that they are also running from themselves as part of the theme of BH2..and their own demons.

Can't really see Owen coming back as a vampire...someone would have to get him out and 'turn ' him...I guess Kemp knows where he is but don't quite see why the 'baddies' would do that.

And I want to know what's happened to Janie Tango Harris since Owen went missing...surely she's noticed by now he hasn't come home! Does she go to the house to try to find him and bump into Annie again? Does she find out stuff and try to 'rescue' Owen?

  • Comment number 92.

    thats Janie 'tango FACE' Harris
    sorry feeling picky

  • Comment number 93.

    (27) I used to be completely pro-vampire for my choice of supernatural being, but I've come to see some of the attraction to werewolves. I think the difference is that werewolves are a kind of wildly exaggerated version of normal human tendencies, the deepest animal part, so in some ways they are inherent in the human condition. That makes them sort of attractive, like letting oneself go feral instead of keeping it down. Except of course trying to put the beast back in the cage after he's been released...

  • Comment number 94.

no what you do is let us wear our selves out then wake up in the morning contained again

  • Comment number 95.

ANGLO i'm quite rubbish at twitter.... i actually had a fab sword fight myself, so i'm truly contented now, although desperate to make my christmas cake...but not convinced driving to a supermarket is the best idea for now! mitch definitely set up the death of henrick in his insistance that he had to meet the next night, knowing it was a full moon... that would make him an accessory i presume legally, but def. the plotter og h's downfall.

DORINA i like your train of thought...

fact is, i think we can put our own interpretations onto things, because we are the spectator and hence the one that interprets the events. no one of us will have an identical viewing of any episode as we will all interpret the visual and verbal information differently, but so good that they are getting our curiosity enticed... it will be interesting to see how people interpret the subtext of the series. i just want to see the first episode now!

on a really profound level, however, i really don't like the greased back hair on mitchell....! i might say this a hundred times so excuse my repetetiveness!

  • Comment number 96.

hey some guys just need wet hair when its long so leave off for a while

  • Comment number 97.

    (95) I think his hair always looks best in interviews or off set; the little tendrils are nice. They should let him do his own hair (assuming he does it)!

  • Comment number 98.

Lol Anglo - it depends - if its just greasy because he doesnt wash then yeah no thanks but if its "a look" then ok...as for wet hair...oh just don't go there lol pheeeeeeew :-D

Shohga I'm with you on the werewolf thing - they scare me way way more than the vampires and it is like you said - it's that thing of exagerating the worst part of being human (as in actual being a human being not the show...you know what I mean lol) which is somehow very scary and very...appealing at the same time :-P

  • Comment number 99.

Yes, it was a little bit terrific for me as i have never come across such trailers, but yes.. it was Nice to see this one..
