Top George moments.

The moment when he steps out of the door in episode 6 after saying goodbye to Mitchell and Annie and goes from crying and being upset to standing up straight and strong a really lovely moment I think.

His and Ninas comedy sex scene as Sinead described it lol.

"Oh my god has everyone taken stupid pills?!" LOVE the way he says that it makes me laugh everytime.

"Smash the granny out of it!" again - hilarious lo

"The Gilbert look" enough said for most people lol (basically the look he gives Gilbert when Gilbert says "is it?" and he just keeps it going while Annie says "He's a little tense") Just a brilliant moment - Russell really is an amazing comic actor he just has the best catalogue of facial expressions and squeaks lol speaking of which...

All of the George squeaks - my particular favourites the one where Nina bites his ear and the beginning of episode 4 "Ive always been...no I'm not...I...and no...no please do not call it getting laid! With Nina its more poetic...oh yeah very funny the werewolf's a romantic!"

I LOVE the 'Gilbert look'...that is probably the moment which makes me laugh out loud the most out of the whole series :-D and it's just a look, which demonstrates how brilliant Russell it (although, to give it the full effect, you'd really have to include the whole bit - ''Nice to see you again, Gilbert'' ''Is it?''...the look) FAB.

Best George bits...Pretty much everything eagle said in (1)..but also for me 1) The look on his face when he realises what he has just asked Becca after "You smell like a polo" and by far my best George bit in in the 'Goodbye to Mitchell' scene
. When he says "It wasn't human was it" and Mitchell tells him it was never going to be that and George says "I didn't think so" oh god my eyes are welling up just typing this. Who couldn't love George?

oh and i know it got deleted from the episode but i really loved the happy annie versary scene - we tried to find you a card that said today would have been your wedding day if you hadnt died but have a great day anyway but there wasnt one so we got you this (ok so thats not exact have only watched the deleted scenes a couple of times sorry) but thought it was so lovely and i really think that scene should have been kept!

All the ones that I can think of have already been said. Definitely the Polo scene, the let out a bit of wee and the worlds gayest ninjas. personally I love the whole pigeon scene. "I killed it." "You killed it?" "with a shoe". I love Mitchell's expression (but this is about George so I will refrain from going into it. :P But also George's tone when he says "with a shoe". hehe

Eagle, I love the Annie-versary scene. It's so sweet. I can see why they cut it out but it was still a really nice scene.

Everyone talks about the pigeon/spy scene which I love as well but I also like the bit where he explains (or not) to Owen why there is no furniture in the house....brill....thinking about it I love every time George says anything...I know I am either going to laugh or cry

I have to say one of my favourite george moments is actually in the pilot if we could have that? :-D when they go to look at the house the bit with the estate agent - mitchells "hes got this thing about me and him on a sofa...hes hasnt told his parents yet...im way out of your league!" its georges reaction to them all and the "oh the little garden!" lol ive not seen the pilot for months so cant remember exact quotes but i love that scene and think itd be an awful shame to completely forget about the pilot...

Putting in an early request to the BH Team here....(I ranted on about the Mitchell/Josie thing and got my own way) so here goes... if you don't do anything else on George, please, please,please just four little words "I didn't think so".....then if you ever need anyone to cry for England, I'm your chap!!!

My memory is hazy as I haven't seen any eps in a while.
So to join in I thought I'd let you all know my kids favourite bits (they haven't watched it, I just used to give them updates after I'd watched an episode-I do this with a lot of things I've watched that they can't).
My boys laughed hysterically at the 'wee' bit, the chair, the pigeon and the phone charger. They only liked George.

The one bit that had me laughing my head off was the chair line and the fight with Seth and Annie beforehand.

oh the pilot with the Harry Potter stuff too.

Regarding the whole Harry Potter thing, i was bored earlier, so i asked what house they would have put me in a hogwarts, and they said that without a doubt i would be in (this is where i was hoping they'd say Ravenclaw or something)...Slytherin!

I've just re-watched Seth's vid. I was distracted before by the Cullens (still haven't finished that book btw); but now I've watched it again....

What other man could carry off a fur coat? His 'hiss' was actually very impressive, that's tricky to pull off; Twilight couldn't manage it. And when he describes the staking scene he never says 'died'.

i'm not really a fan of the harry potter books or films. But the one with David Tennant's probably the better one

i'm big into vampire things at the moment, so have watched twilight, and i think that it and Being Human are really good (being human slightly better though), but they are so completely different in some aspects like the whole sun thing and how you kill a vampire

I think that Twi's reasoning about how you make a vampire is slightly more plausible than any other version.
But you know they don't have fangs and they sparkle which is rubbish. I'd at least want fangs if I was going to be a vamp. But then again BH vamps don't have any cool powers....

BH is in a class of it's own and the supernatural element is secondary to the characters and writing.

i started watching the seth video, then got pre-occupied and never finished it, and i'm currently thinking that i should. But right now i'm listening to music, so it can wait half an hour

i think twilight is more aimed at teens though, and being human appeals slightly more to the older audience

i've read like three quarters of breaking dawn, it's good, but it's so flipping long!. I find you can easily skip most of it. I should really get round to finishing it, but i cant be bothered (can always look up the plot on wikipedia)

What I love about BH is that it doesn't alienate older people. (I'm 27, can't believe I'm calling myself an old person :s )

Twi definitely does exclude older people, the books actually insult anyone over the age of 20.

i'm quite a few years younger than you, but some of my older relatives love Being human, but dont find twilight that appealing. i think with twilight, it's more of a soppy love story, and it's a bit weird if an older person fancies Rob Pattinson!

i was watching the pilot the other day. Did anyone else think that the Lauren at the end, looked completely different to the Lauren at the beginning. She also sounded different too (like Bristolian canteen lady when she changed. Well she didnt sound that stupid, but she talked with a different accent)

Yeah it's a soppy love story but everyone remembers their first love. Mine wasn't too long ago actually.
And Rob Pattinson is 22-23ish isn't he? Why would it be weird if I fancied him. Tbh I have less wrinkles than Rob. He's supposed to be 17 forever but he has frown lines lol.
Anyway, I'm more of a Jasper/Carlisle fan myself.



And George... it goes without saying, he is the heart of the show, best lines and Tovey is the best actor actually.

jasper does look like he's in pain. it's weird how odd he looks. and i didnt mean it would be weird if you like rob, but if my mum did, then it would definitely be weird.

i dont like to single any actors out, i mean i do have my least favourite of the cast, but russell is one of the better ones. i feel he has really adapted to the role (if it's possible to adapt to being a werewolf...)

Personally when George faces Herrick in Mitchell's place, that is my favourite George moment, when he proves just how strong he is emotionally and how much he loves his friends -

most of the things i laught at in being human are funny though. It's when i'm forced to watch the likes of My Family that it's fake laughter because its stupid. I dont see the point in my family. and i have just found out their making a tenth series! how long can they drag it out for - it's like High School Musical

i don't now why but i find it hard to watch the scene where george confronts herrick. i think i feel the pain he's going through and if affects me - badly.

because i think russells more of a comedy actor - he was in gavin and stacey - and george has more comedy moments than the others do. I wonder what we will have to do for Annie's one. Personally i think annie should have had a slightly bigger role in the series - the only reak episode where she got to shine was episode three, and i feel that we didnt see as much of her as we did mitchell and george

it looks like a little bout 4" high purple/black sorting hat, got a dice in fluid which you can see in the bottom of the hat. it has all four houses on different sides and also on one side it says "difficult, very difficult" and the last side says "so where shall I put you?"

just looked and sorry to say Katy, there were none. There were actuall sorting hats, bags, coins, figures - but no keyrings!
