The sun and the wind are competing to see who is more powerful. Each unleashes its force until the winner is declared. Meanwhile Paula, the weather forecaster, gives a strange forecast - will her predictions come true?

Could be used as a listening activity for the topic of weather. Could be used to learn how to say 'the weather is good’ and ‘the weather is bad’ or to learn weather words like ‘sun’, ‘wind’ and ‘rain’. Play the clip and pause when necessary to ask the students ‘how is the weather?’. Students could create a weather map according to the different places mentioned in the clip and to attach the weather picture to the place. For more advanced students, the teacher could introduce phrases like ‘very windy’ and ‘heavy rain’.
