The children want to stay at home with Farley rather than go to school. Once they explain this with the help of Soda's amazing translating cap, Farley decides to go to school with them to prove it can be fun too. However, classes arranged by Farley with the help of his magic collar are not what the children might expect. Throughout, Farley tells them what subject they're studying (history, science, music and art) and at what time of day. As always, things don't go according to plan.
Students could use this vocabulary to create a visual classroom timetable in French and/ or label all of their classroom equipment in the same way. One student could put on a translating cap like Soda's and read the timetable to the class using times and saying the subject. Students could take it in turns to do this each morning. Students could also play 'What's the time Mr Wolf?' using their French time vocabulary.
