When we become ill we sometimes need to take medicine to make us better. We should only take medicines which are intended for us. Some people need to take medicine regularly and some children who suffer from asthma explain what it's like to have asthma. The safe storage of medicine is also discussed.

During work on keeping healthy and looking after people who are ill, this clip can be used to emphasise how to use medicines safely. Children could talk about times they were unwell and what helped them to feel better. The use of puppets could be used to illustrate who can give different types of medicine.
