A Bitesize guide to effects with shutter speeds.
Students could experiment with taking photos using different shutter speeds. As in the clip, they can compare the results capturing the same subject with different shutter speeds. They could also go outside to photograph objects moving at different rates, such as leaves blowing, insects moving, and a stationary stone. Students can look at some examples of nature and sports photography that capture motion, and discuss what shutter speeds might have been used.
